Resort Manager, Levi Spirit

We are now looking for a Resort Manager to lead Levi Spirit's daily operations, guest experience, and business development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead an internationally recognised luxury destination where every detail contributes to an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with our other Levi-based businesses and an extensive partner network to ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding stay every time they visit.

Levi Spirit delivers some of the finest luxury experiences in the Levi fell region. Our service concept combines accommodation in premium villas, a 24/7 concierge service, and world-class private chef experiences. Through our trusted partners, guests also have access to a wide range of tailor-made activities, from Arctic winter adventures to unforgettable summer nature experiences.

Sometimes a perfect holiday requires full-service attention; other times, discreet care behind the scenes. We fulfil even the most demanding guest requests before arrival and throughout their stay. We welcome guests all year round.

Your Responsibilities

As Resort Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of Levi Spirit.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing daily operations

• Ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfacti
• Managing staff and workforce planning
• Collaborating with partners and key stakeholders
• Supporting business growth and continuous development
• Delivering the Levi Spirit service promise in every guest interaction
  
  

What We Expect from You

We are looking for a hospitality professional with experience in operational leadership and a proven track record of delivering premium guest experiences.

We hope you have:

• Experience in operational management within hospitality, tourism, or a comparable service business
• Proven success in delivering premium guest experiences for international clientele
• A strong service mindset and the ability to lead by example
• Ambition to grow as a leader and contribute to business development
• Fluent English language skills
• The ability to thrive in an international and seasonal operating environment
