Bon Group and North Pole Catering Launch Strategic Partnership

Bon Group Ltd and North Pole Catering Ltd have entered into a strategic partnership through Bon Levi Ltd, combining Bon Group's hospitality expertise with the extensive restaurant, catering and tourism experience of acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs Arto Rastas and Teemu Korkalainen. The partnership aims to develop new premium hospitality and restaurant concepts in Levi while further strengthening the destination as a year-round tourism hub.

As of 15 June 2026, Bon Group Ltd and North Pole Catering Ltd have agreed on a strategic partnership under which North Pole Catering Ltd will become a shareholder in Bon Levi Ltd through a directed share issue. The transaction is designed to strengthen Bon Levi Ltd's position in Levi's rapidly growing tourism and restaurant market while creating a new generation of high-quality hospitality and dining concepts for the region.

The companies already share a strong history in Levi. For several years, North Pole Catering has been responsible for the premium restaurant, catering and private chef services at Levi Spirit Luxury Villas & Resort, part of Bon Group. Their long-standing cooperation, shared commitment to quality and consistently exceptional guest experiences created a natural foundation for expanding the partnership.

Two new restaurants

The first phase of the collaboration will focus on developing new restaurant concepts. Two new restaurants are scheduled to open during 2026. The concept for the first restaurant, opening later this summer, has already been finalised, while the second concept, scheduled for launch later this year, is currently being completed. Both concepts will be introduced in separate announcements closer to their openings.
